3/4 cup v-8 vegetable juice
1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup ripe olives, chopped
1/2 cup sweet red peppers, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons onion grated
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
fresh cilantro, for garnish
1. Cover, refrigerate until serving time, at least 4 hours.
